Origins is an online community for NFT traders. What began as a 50 person discord community has turned into a multi-million dollar business that is developing proprietary software in partnership with its members.
The world of blockchain finance is one of the most rapidly evolving fields of technology today. Within the world of cryptocurrency, a particular technology called NFT (non-fungible token) has given rise to an emerging art market.
I led the design for the community, overseeing our globally distributed team working on a SaaS product and grassroots marketing efforts.

The best products learn from their users. As Origins is a members only community, surveying our members frequently brings a wealth of valuable feedback. To distill these ideas with the team I summarized patterns of feedback and analyzed comments to help drive product feature prioritization.
